On May 27 in the afternoon, the Andrea B. Zabala Ortega Seminar hosted an educational session for patients suffering from cystic fibrosis and their relatives.  This session was held under the community program for patients suffering from this complex and hereditary disease as part of the cooperation between the Cuban Pediatrics Society and the Quisicuaba Town Hall Community Project in the common interest of dealing with this health issue, fulfilling Marti’s maxim “with all and for the good of all”.  For future collaboration, it was agreed that this work should be continued in order to support the National Workshop on Cystic Fibrosis to be held next October.  The participants in the meeting welcomed the initiative and thanked the leaders of the Program for such a wonderful gathering.
